The QWorld Association MTÜ is a non-profit association registered in Estonia, serving as the official legal parent, administrative anchor, and fiduciary shield for our global initiatives.

Our Mission & Community Governance

The core mission of the QWorld Association is to democratize quantum technologies globally by building an open, inclusive, and collaborative ecosystem. As a “virtual-first,” decentralized legal entity registered in Tallinn, the Association provides the organisational infrastructure necessary to manage global sponsorships, grant funding, and international academic partnerships in synergy with the agile, bottom-up energy of our global community.

Formal membership within the Association is strictly merit-based, awarded to those who have substantially contributed to our global projects. The fundamental duty of our members is to act as the sovereign guardians of this ecosystem. While daily operational, academic, and regional management is delegated directly to the specialized QWorld Charter, members of the Association hold the ultimate responsibility for maintaining the legal, financial, and ethical compliance of the legal entity. By adhering strictly to our core codes and administrative standards, members protect the integrity of the network, ensuring that the QWorld project remains a non-conduit, community-first vehicle for public educational benefit.
