QGhana is a QCousin founded in January 2023 by a group of Ghanaian quantum researchers, lecturers and educators. Our goal in QGhana is to educate, promote and raise awareness of quantum science, quantum technologies and quantum computing. We are a highly dedicated team poised to contribute significantly to the quantum community and other interested stakeholders through education, workshops, seminars, webinars, conferences and research activities.

The goal of QGhana is to create a vibrant, educational, helpful, and enlightening community focused on quantum technologies with a special emphasis on Ghana. QGhana would love to have you on board, regardless of whether you are just Qurious (= Quantum + curious) and come to test the waters, or an ambitious person eager to collaborate on fascinating collaborative projects, or here to foster the next generation of quantum talent. And if you have any project in mind that you are determined to see through, feel free to share it with us on Discord or any of the social media sites listed below. Wizards, let’s put our hands to work, buckle down, and establish QGhana as the shining star of the Ghanaian quantum world and the world as large.

We at QGhana are honored to be a member of the QWorld global network, which is already quite well-known. We intend to try to make Quantum accessible to all Qurious people under their sponsorship and support. We also want to promote their already top-notch research efforts, teaching resources, and planning of QTalks, QSeminars, QWorkshops and QLectures.
