QIran Summer School 2023

We aim to create teams to compete in Quantum Games and prepare them for participation in the international Quantum Game Jam, which will be held online in Finland. To achieve this goal, we plan to hold a hands-on educational Summer School workshop in QIran that focuses on basic and intermediate levels of quantum computing and programming.

The program will consist of two parts.

Part One will include standard workshops such as:
QPrep (July 08 – July 13)
QBronze (July 15 – July 27)
QNickel (August 05 – August 17)

Part Two will focus on Quantum Game training sessions, team formation, and project implementation from August 12th to September 12th (one month).
QGame (August 19 – September 13)

Teams that complete their projects successfully can participate in the international Quantum Game Jam program.

Our target audience consists of two groups:

The first group is students who are beginners and participate in Part One to learn about quantum computing and programming concepts. In Part Two, we teach them how to design a simple game based on quantum rules.

The second group is professional game designers who are specialists in game programming but need to become familiar with quantum computing and programming concepts. Part One is useful for them, but they do not need to be trained for the second part, they can form their team and design a more advanced game.

Lectures are in Persian, but mentoring is also in English if needed.
