- Promote awareness and understanding of quantum computing and quantum technologies in Korea.
- Organize educational workshops, seminars, hackathons, and outreach activities.
- Build a collaborative community connecting academia, industry, and aspiring quantum professionals.
- Support learners in developing practical quantum programming and research skills.
- Contribute to the global QWorld ecosystem through local initiatives and international collaboration.
As part of the QCousins network, QKorea follows QWorld’s vision of creating accessible and inclusive quantum education opportunities worldwide. Local chapters are encouraged to organize activities in their region while sharing knowledge and collaborating with other QCousin communities across the globe.
In 2026, QKorea officially launched through its “Entangling Event,” a QWorld introductory quantum computing workshop that brought together learners and mentors to establish the Korean quantum community within the global network.
