“In this talk, I’ll first introduce a brief history of the quantum entanglement then move toward classification of entanglement. I’ll focus on stochastic local operations and classical communication (SLOCC ) classification and present my published work on four partite and multipartite entanglement classification. Our quantum state concentration scheme decomposes the multipartite entangled state into a set of bipartite and tripartite entangled states. By this scheme the complexity of the entanglement induced by the large number of particles is transformed into the high dimensions of bipartite and tripartite entangled states for pure quantum systems. The results not only simplify the tedious work of verifying the (in)equivalence of multipartite entangled states, but also are instructive in the quantum many-body problem involving multipartite entanglement.”
About Sultan:
Dr. Sultan Mahmood Zangi is a postdoctoral fellow in physics department at Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China. He received B.Sc (Hons) in Computational Physics and M.Phil. (High Energy Physics) degrees from University of the Punjab, Lahore. He completed his PhD in 2019 with CAS-TWAS Scholarship from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. Dr. Zangi’s research focuses on quantum entanglement and separability issues. His work has been published in Physical Review Journals.
